MOVING CREW

Moving Helper

$20/hourStarting pay

Support the crew with packing, loading, unloading, and protecting customers’ belongings from start to finish.

What you’ll do

  • Wrap furniture, pack boxes, and protect floors, doors, and belongings.
  • Load and unload trucks using safe lifting techniques and moving equipment.
  • Follow the crew leader’s instructions and keep work areas organized.

What you’ll bring

  • Dependability, punctuality, and reliable transportation to the assigned reporting location.
  • A helpful attitude, clear communication, and respect for customers’ homes and property.
  • Willingness to learn safe packing, handling, and loading techniques.
  • Moving, warehouse, delivery, or other hands-on experience is a plus.

DRIVING & MOVING

Moving Driver

$25/hourStarting pay

Safely transport the crew and customers’ belongings, and work alongside the team on every move.

What you’ll do

  • Operate, park, and back a moving truck safely using spotters when needed.
  • Complete vehicle checks, secure loads, and report damage or maintenance concerns.
  • Coordinate routes and arrival times, complete job paperwork, and help load and unload.

What you’ll bring

  • A valid driver’s license appropriate for the assigned vehicle and a safe driving record.
  • Ability to meet the company’s driver eligibility and insurance requirements.
  • Confidence handling box trucks, navigating local roads, and following traffic and safety rules.
  • Any DOT medical certification or CDL required for the assigned vehicle and route.
  • Moving or delivery driving experience preferred, plus the helper qualifications listed here.

WHAT EVERY CREW MEMBER NEEDS

This is active work that involves lifting, carrying, stairs, and time outdoors. Safety, teamwork, and care for each customer are part of every job.

Essential duties may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation. Use team lifts and appropriate equipment for heavy or bulky items.

Qualifications for both roles

  • At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
  • Ability to safely lift and carry items up to 50 pounds, with appropriate assistance or equipment as needed.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb stairs throughout an active workday.
  • Reliable attendance and availability for scheduled moves, which may include early starts, weekends, and varying finish times.
  • Ability to follow safety instructions, communicate with the crew, and provide courteous customer service.
